"Face Off! Hunters Vs. Poachers!"

*At Roy's Ship, in the training room, it is now Luna that is training Roy, doing some basic combat skills against Roy, and it seems to be going somewhat well*

Luna: *throwing some punches and kicks against Roy* Hm, your still choppy with movements. Don't be too tense, rookie.

Roy: *dodging some of her moves, getting hit a few times* It's hard not too in most of the fights I've been in.

Luna: *quickly gets down and does a sweep kick* You have to relax, otherwise your opponent will predict your next move before you even make it.

Roy: *immediately jumps back and starts panting* I am way out of shape....

CryoFlare: *behind a large glass window* Rookie's training is gonna take a while.

NeoLeaf: I would have to agree. I find it hard to believe that he's a fighter, let alone a leader.

Luna: Huh? Your tired already?? *sighs disappointed* Man, your weak...

Amberina: *Watching* I agree. His leadership skills are sloppy sometimes, I'm surprised his friends didn't do anything. As for his fighting, he doesn't even fight seriously unless he's pissed. Highly disappointing.

Roy: Hey! I haven't being training with the guys since I started this group. Not my fault I'm out of shape.

Luna: Stop yapping and start fighting. I'm getting really bored now...

Roy: ... *under his breath*... says the one with the big chest....

Luna: *manages to hear it* Hunh!? I beg your pardon!?

Roy: ... *eyes pop open*... W-Wait, was that out loud?

Amberina: *shakes her head* Damn idiot. He's on his own this time. *walks off*

Luna: Yeah... *laughs in a sinister way* Roy boy~ Hehehe~ *takes out her knifes* Your in BIG trouble, pervert~

Roy: WHOA! WHOA WHOA WHOA!!! That came out wrong! That came out wrong!!!

Luna: Hah!? It came out wrong you say!? *lunges at Roy* Don't make me laugh!

Roy: WHOA!!! *starts running* I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY!

Luna: *chases after Roy, doing a Blade Dance attack whenever she got close to him, as well as getting him cornered*

Roy: Crap... *now cornered*

Luna: ... *smirks and jumps up, getting ready to use her signature move at Roy* Your dead now! *lunges downward at Roy, about to slash him* Critical Finale!

Roy: *closes his eyes to brace himself* GAAAAHHH!!!! *Then, he reopens his eyes as they turn red* Not yet!!! *he summons his sword and prepares to block the attack*

Luna: *gets alittle surprised as when her knife clashes against his sword* What the hell? *in thought* When did he—-?

CryoFlare: Well that was unexpected.

NeoLeaf: Indeed.

Roy: *glares at her with his red eyes as he blocks the attack* Surprised? I guess you should be. *he forces both the attack and her off*

Luna: Ah!? *the force from him makes her slam at the wall across from him and making her drop her weapons* Uwagh!

Roy: *starts walking towards her with a fire-like aura around him*

CryoFlare: *raises eyebrow* Hmm?

Luna: *gets up, stunned by his power burst* ...Damn...

Roy: *stops in front of her and glares down at her* This boy might be weak but I'm not... don't underestimate me again... *the aura and sword disappears and his eyes turn back to brown, making Roy collapse to his knees with his hand on his forehead*

Luna: ... *in thought* What the hell? Split Personality? *picks up her knifes and exits the training room*

CryoFlare: ... Hmm. Very strange. *in thought* I'll have to keep an eye on him, just to be on the safe side.

Luna: *flinches alittle* Ow... That force blowback must've been more powerful than I thought.

Roy: *shakes his head and look around* What... just happened?

Luna: ...? *raise eyebrow and looks at Roy, confused*

Roy: *gets up and looks at his Xious Gem* ... Oh boy. HE didn't just come out, did he?! The gem is flashing in that way again!

Luna: Whatever. Roy, next time you won't be lucky if you decide to diss me. *leaves, now heading outside of the ship*

Roy: ... *to himself* You should really be thankful. Who knows what could have happened if HE was still around...

CryoFlare: *walking past him* Says the guy who talked about her chest.

Roy: Don't remind me! *sighs* I hope Kochiyo cooked... I'm hungry... *walks out the training room and off to the kitchen*

*Outside of the ship, Luna is lying down on the ground, with the events from training fresh in her mind*

Luna: *in deep thought* What the hell was that? Like seriously, one minute was a sniveling coward, the next, he's actually brave. And to block a sure kill move like mines. Not to mention, counter with a force attack. This doesn't add up...

CryoFlare: *Outside aswell* Thinking about what just happened?

Luna: *stops her train of thought and sees Cryo. Nods* Yeah. It's rather strange.

CryoFlare: Not to mention a little suspicious. We'll have to keep an eye on him, or should I say that gem of his.

Amberina: *standing behind them* If you both want answers, I can explain.

CryoFlare: *turns and sees Ambreina* Oh?

Amberina: But only if you are willing to listen...

Luna: ... *lies up and sees Amber* I guess that'll be nice. Mind giving us the simple version if you will, Amber?

Amberina: I'll begin like this. Surely either of you saw a moment where Roy completely changes. His eyes turn red, a mysterious sword appears in his hand, and a fire-like aura appears around him.

Luna: That's what I saw! His eyes turned red and a sword came out of nowhere and he blocked my attack!

Amberina: That was only a glimpse of the true power he holds. Inside the Xious Gem, I am not the only spirit within it. There's another that only appears from the outside and Roy takes his form.

CryoFlare: So that episode was that other Spirit?

Luna: ... The way you put it is like my episodes with "Dark Luna"...

Amberina: Yes. The spirit is named Xalek, my childhood friend who died saving my life during the days before my home planet's destruction.

Luna: ... I see. *clenchs her fists*

CryoFlare: Wait, how can he be in that gem if he died?

Amberina: I was able to seal both myself and his soul within the Xious Gem. We were the only survivors during our planet's destruction. I used the last of my power to do both that and send the Xious Gems into the space. And that's how they came here to this planet, in the hands of Roy and his friends.

Luna: ... Oh. Amber, you're really more powerful than what I seem to take you for.

Amberina: Thank you... *wipes a tear off her face*... I must warn you both though. Roy's true power activates when he has taken Xalek's form. He has done so before and defeated two threats in his hometown, one nearly killed his friend, the other toke over Shard Tsiuama's mind by controlling his darkness. Either would have destroyed more then his town if they weren't stopped. That's how powerful he is... and how dangerous it would be if the Xious Gem fell into the wrong hands...

Luna: *clenches her fists tighter, having this little incident giving her chills* ... r-right.

CryoFlare: I'll be the judge of that if I face him. Cryptids aren't the only thing I handle.

Amberina: What I'm trying to say is that the Xious Gem is extremely powerful. There are people on this planet that would rip it apart to get their hands on just ONE of them

Luna: ... I think I heard enough, Amber.

CryoFlare: I'd take your word for it, if I even heard talk about powerful gems from others. But I haven't.

Amberina: You might hear it from Shard and the girls, since they have warn Roy again and again. Roy himself is too careless when it comes to that gem.

Luna: That's a given. An idiot like him shouldn't hold that kind of power.

Amberina: But, he is still a teenager. He'll learn to grow responsible. Besides, he's been through a lot lately. A female clone of himself tries to kill him, his daughter from the future is stranded in the past, it's too much for him to take in.

CryoFlare: ... Okay, do you honestly expect us to believe ANY of that?

Amberina: A princess from another world is standing right in front of you. What the hell do you think, brute?

Luna: ... You know that's nothing. He may have gone through stupid bullshit like that, but what is more believable as going through a lot is taking solitude with a dark half as your burden.

CryoFlare: ... *looking away. under his breath* Try one trying to kill you.

Amberina: ... *sighs* Believe what you want... but please, just do this one favor for me...

Luna: And that's what? Look over him?

Amberina: *nods* I'm not always going to be around for him and neither will Kochiyo. And he's too reckless to do things by himself.

Luna: ... *sighs and looks away* ... We'll try our best. Just can't make any gurantees here.

Amberina: *smiles softly* Thank you... both of you.

CryoFlare: *in thought* What does she mean by that? Hmm.

Roy: *from inside* Guys! Shard and the girls are calling on the holo! Hurry inside!!!

Amberina: W-We better hurry inside. *walks back inside*

CryoFlare: *sighs. walks in*

Luna: ... *in thought* More than likely Cryo and Roy's friends would do a better job at watching over that idiot. What good can a normal girl can do? *sighs regretfully, getting up her feet and walks back inside*

*Back inside the ship, Roy starts up the holo*

Roy: Hello? Anyone there?

Shard: *appears on the holo with Kohaku and Rinaku in the background* Masuko, good timing. Our scout just came back with an update on poacher activity.

CryoFlare: *in thought* What is it this time?

Shard: Go on and tell them.

???: I tracked the poacher movements in a huge forest that's somewhere near the equator. Their next target is a mysterious deer like crypid called the White Stag.

Roy: White Stag?

Luna: ...Are you kidding me!? Let's not bother.

CryoFlare: Wait wait wait. Time out. There after a White Stag?

Luna: You got to be an idiot chasing after a White Stag. They are basically magic.

Rinaku: *takes a lollypop out of her mouth* We're as surprised as you, darling. It's strange for them go after a cryptic like that.

Shard: Indeed but poacher activity is high in this area. It's too easy.

Amberina: ... *shakes her head* It's pretty obvious why. It has to be some kind of trap.

Luna: That's not a Cryptid, you idiots! The White Stag is a mythical creature!

CryoFlare: ... *falls to the floor, laughing like crazy*

Shard: Exactly. Like Amber-senpai just said, it has to be a trap.

Roy: We're going.

Amberina: What?!

Roy: *his eyes turn red as he walks up to Amber and gets in her face* I'M. DONE. WAITING.

Luna: ... *looks at Cryo* Hey. If you don't stop laughing, you'll more than likely die laughing, Cryoflare.

CryoFlare: *getting up* Sorry, but that was too hilarious. *chuckling*

Shard: If you are going, we won't stop you but be careful. The ones who attacked you before might be after you.

Roy: Right, thanks.

Roy: Amber, just do me a favor and keep her from finding out.

Amber: I can't make any promises, Father, but I'll try.

*everyone in the holo remains quiet for a bit*

Kohaku: His... condition hasn't changed.

Roy: ... *looks down* Damn.

Luna: ... *clears throat, trying to cut the tension*

Shard: *adjusts his glasses* Anyway, Roy, we'll continue to gather info for the time being and fill you in on anything that comes up.

Roy: Ok then. Amber, tell Ryoko I'll back whenever I can. Besides, I'm sure she and the others are too busy doing Summer homework to worry about me.

Amber: Ok then.

Kohaku: And Masuko, don't do anything stupid. You know what will happen if your Xious Gem falls into the wrong hands.

Roy: Ok! Ok! I get it!

Luna: Hey, you perv. Let's go. I think it be nice for me and Cryo see ya make a fool out of yourself, again.

CryoFlare: *under breath* Even though he already has.

Roy: Whatever. Kochiyo, plot a course to that forest.

Kochiyo: As you wish, my master... *Bows and walks out*

Shard: Farewell for now. Tsiuama, out. *the holocall ends*

Roy: Tell me when we get there, I need to chat with "someone" in my room... *walks off*

*some time later! as they arrive to their destination*

Roy: *sitting on his bed,silently waiting*

Amberina: *knocks on his door* Roy, we're here!

Roy: ... Ok! *grabs his stuff and walks out of his room*

*the ship lands at the destination*

Roy: Ok, everyone, let's move out. Splitting up will mostly likely spring the trap.

CryoFlare: No way Roy. *gets out a picnic chair and sits in it* I'm just gonna enjoy the show.

Amberina: *shakes her head* Stupid bastard.

CryoFlare: Uh no, that would be him. *points at Roy*

Amberina: Luna-chan, please say something to them....

Luna: *sits down on the ground with a few sweets in hand* Sorry, but I'm gonna be with Cryo in this one~

Roy: *one of his eyes turn red* Grrrr, the hell with you both. Fine, I'm doing this by myself...

Amberina: *gets in front of him* No, you're not. Are you trying to get yourself killed?! Searching for some White Stag is like searching for some made-up fairy tale. Don't be a idiot.

Amberina: *silent and gives him a stern look* Fine. Just go. Get yourself killed.*walks off to her room*

Luna: ... *sighs* What a hot headed idiot. *takes out some Pocky and starts eating it*

Roy: Hmph. Kochiyo, watch everyone and the ship while I'm gone.

Kochiyo: *hesitates a bit in fear* A-As you wish, my master...

Roy: *he sighs as his eyes return to normal and walks off into the forest, alone*

CryoFlare: Oh, this is gonna be a laugh. It's always funny when someone tries to go after a White Stag.

CryoFlare: ... you Realize that the people reading this more then likely have absolutely no idea what a White Stag is or what it does right?

*A White Stag leaps out of some bushes and into a small clearing. It lools like a a White Male deer*

CryoFlare: No, I'm serious Luna. *directing hand at the screen* How are the people out there reading this right now suppose to understand what a White Stag is or why exactly I was laughing so hard.

Luna: *sweatdrops* ... I feel as if your trying to break the 4th wall. Please stop. It's kinda creeping me out.

Roy: *looks around as he keeps walking* I can handle this alone. Hopefully... *his Xious Gem starts glowing and stops as he notice*... oh for the love of God, now what?!

CryoFlare: Oh, like we're all suppose to assume that they know that a White Stag is a White Male Deer with magic? That they know that they're magic keeps them from getting caught by anyone, even the gretest hunters? I'll bet most of them never even heard of a White Stag before this.

Luna: *slowly starts getting annoyed* Cryo... *gets up and forces some of her pocky in his mouth* Shut it.

Amberina: *walks off the ship and stops beside them* Is he still out there? I'm starting to get that bad feeling again...

Amberina: I told you before about that gem. If this is a trap, he could have most likely walked into it.

Amberina: He only acts like that around friendly competitions and random battles. When it comes to personal stuff, he stands his ground.

CryoFlare: Try saying that after 100 White Stag capture fails.

Luna: If it's the poachers, they must've given up a long time ago.

Roy: *safely gets back to the ship with his hands behind his head* Sup.

Avon: *gets up. Spots a ship through a clearing between two trees* ... A ship?

Amberina: *feeling her pain and despair, she nearly collapses*

Gale: *stops after awhile, taking a quick breather* Of course. *gets up and steps on Kochiyo* Someone as her submitting herself as low as that Rookie's Servant is pathetic.

Luna: *takes out a knife as she's running, ready to fight*

CryoFlare: *extends claws*

Kochiyo: *faints from her injuries*

Amberina: *sees 2 individuals ahead* OVER THERE!

Roy: *becomes scared and shocked and starts to run ahead* Oh my god! KOCHIYO!!!

Gale: ... Oh, hello.

Luna: *screeches to a stop* ... You guys again!?

Amberina: It's them...

Roy: *staring at Gale* YOU AGAIN?!!!!

Avon: What a surprise to see all of you here.

Gale: *waves her hand at Roy casually* Glad we can all meet again, Hunters.

Luna: !? *feels more pain immediately* AAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!! *stares up and freezes as her eyes become dull*

Roy: Senpai, MOVE!!! *grabs her and moves them both out the way*

CryoFlare: ... No way... It can't be... *to Gale* Hey You! Gale right? Tell me something. Are in a Succubus/Human Hybrid?

Roy: *he quickly jumps back but got slashed by one of them* Impressive... *he ignores the horrible wound he's gotten on his shoulder that ripped through his shirt, making him bleed*

Gale: *quickly recovers and gains her footing as landing*

Luna: *goes after Cryo and goes for a head on take down*

Avon: *spreads wings, ready to burst into the air*

Roy: I don't think so... *starts shooting fireballs at his wings*

Gale: !? *gets hit and sent back, as well as slamming to Luna*

Luna: Ngh! *both girls are slammed to the ground*

Avon: *feathers get burnt*

NeoLeaf: That should do it... Oh, sorry Luna!

Roy: Time to burn, Bird-Brain! *keeps shooting fireballs*

Luna: *gets up, panting hard and holding her head, now feeling the throbbing again* Ngh!!

Roy: OH NO! She's next!!! *starts shooting fireballs towards Gale with one hand while the other is still shooting at Avon*

Gale: *gets up, and hits her behind the neck. She quickly flies away from Roy's attack*

Luna: !? *gets knocked out from Gale's sneak attack*

Roy: Burn! *He keeps shooting fireballs at them*

Avon: *manages to avoid some with afew grazes and flies off*

Gale: *follows Avon, getting grazed from the fire balls* Next time, there is gonna be death.

Roy: *stops* Don't worry, I'll make sure death takes you. *closes his eyes as the fire aura disappears and he falls to his knees*

Amberina: Roy! *finishes healing Kochiyo and runs up to him*

CryoFlare: *goes over to Luna* Luna! Are you okay?

NeoLeaf: Hang on. *extends a vine, which grows a series of nice smelling herbs which he places near Luna's nose*

Luna: *sniffs them and slowly awakens* ... nn...

CryoFlare: *phew* That's better.

Luna: *wakes up fully. She tries to lie up, only to flinch in pain from her head* Agh...! My head... W-What happened?
